Terms of use
How to use Mint Prompts and what to expect from the service.
The service
Mint Prompts provides AI-assisted prompt creation and refinement, and keeps your saved prompts and projects. These terms describe use of that service, and they form an agreement between you and Mint Prompts. Using the service, or creating an account, means you accept them. Mint Prompts is a trade name registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State and operates from Derry, New Hampshire, United States. Contact hello@looptypes.com with questions.
Mint Prompts produces instructions for another AI tool. It does not promise that the other tool will follow them correctly, that a generated app is secure, or that a business recommendation will succeed. Review outputs and verify consequential decisions before acting.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service. Do not create an account for someone who is not. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we close it and delete the account data.
If you use Mint Prompts for an employer or a client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on their behalf, and the material you submit is material you are allowed to share.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and codes private. Do not access another person’s account or share information you are not authorized to use.
You keep any rights you hold in the material you provide. You allow Mint Prompts and its service providers to process that material to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy page. Only submit material you have permission to share. AI outputs may not be unique.
If you believe something on Mint Prompts infringes your rights, email hello@looptypes.com with enough detail to identify the material and your claim, and we will review it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to compromise systems or to evade account, security or usage limits. Do not interfere with other users’ access.
Access may be restricted to protect the service or address misuse. If you believe a restriction is a mistake, contact support.
Plans and payments
The Pricing page and checkout describe available plans and prices. Your usage meter shows your weekly allowance and when it resets. Paid access begins only through an available checkout that you choose to complete. These terms do not authorize a charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When checkout shows that a purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout service, Link is the seller of record for that purchase: it works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, appears on your card statement as LINK.COM* followed by our name, and answers payment questions at link.com. Link may also refund such a purchase within 60 days in some cases, in addition to the refunds described below. Any tax due on a purchase is shown at checkout before you pay.
On a paid plan you can also buy extra usage. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it renews nothing: a pack adds one more week of your plan’s usage, paid for in advance. Extra usage is spent only after your weekly allowance for that week is used, and it does not expire. It is spent while a plan is active; if your plan ends, any balance waits for your next plan. If you ask for a refund of extra usage, we refund the part you have not spent; usage you have already spent is not refunded.
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the Pricing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund the part of that payment you have not used; usage you have already spent is not refunded. After those 7 days, payments are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it. Email hello@looptypes.com to ask for a refund or with any billing question. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply; nothing on this page removes them.
Free use, rewards and invites
The free plan, and the prompts you can earn on it, are described on the Pricing page and may change. Earned prompts have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and expire 30 days after they are earned. The reward for feedback is the same whatever the feedback says.
An invite is rewarded when a new account is created through your link and finishes its first prompt. Creating accounts for yourself, inviting yourself, or sending your link to people who did not ask for it is not allowed, and rewards obtained that way may be withheld or removed. When you share your link, say that you are rewarded for it, and follow the rules of the site or community where you share it. Mint Prompts does not send invitations on your behalf.
Availability and changes
Features and availability can change. Keep your own copy of important prompts. If a change affects your plan or account, contact support for clarification before relying on it.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects a paid plan or your rights under this page, we will tell you at the email on your account before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it last changed.
You can stop using Mint Prompts at any time, and cancel a plan as described above. We may suspend or end access that breaks the acceptable-use section, that we are required to stop, or that puts the service or its users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond. If we end a paid plan for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we refund the part of the current period you have not used.
What we do and do not promise
We work to keep Mint Prompts available and useful, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will fit a particular purpose of yours, or that a prompt it writes will produce any particular result from another AI tool. Generated prompts, examples and any figures on this site are starting points for your own judgement, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
Nothing here takes away rights you have by law. Consumer protection rules in your country may give you guarantees that cannot be excluded, and those continue to apply whatever this page says.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Mint Prompts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, or for what another AI tool, service or person does with a prompt you took from here.
To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Mint Prompts for any claim connected with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars.
These limits do not apply to anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. If the law where you live does not allow some of these limits, they do not apply to you, and the rest of this page still does.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and claims may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where that law gives you the right to.
There is no arbitration requirement and no waiver of class actions in these terms.
Privacy and questions
Our Privacy page explains data handling, retention and account deletion. Optional analytics is controlled separately through Privacy choices. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@looptypes.com.
