Privacy, support and account deletion

Information used to provide the service

Your account can store your name, email address, protected password hash, drafts, prompts, project context, reference text, and responses. Relevant input and context are sent to OpenAI when you request AI generation.

Stripe processes payments; when checkout shows that a purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, Link is the seller and receives your payment and billing details. LoopTypes never receives your full card number.

If you join through a friend's invite link, we record which account invited you, so both accounts can receive the reward. The person who invited you sees only how many friends have joined and finished a prompt, never who.

Roast My Prompting Skills at /roast reads the prompts you paste, or the ChatGPT or Claude export you choose, inside your browser; the file is never uploaded. Only counts of your habits, numbers with no text, are sent to us and to OpenAI to write your roast lines, and they are stored only if you tick the box that asks, without anything that identifies you. The one prompt you choose to mint is the only text sent, and it is handled like any other prompt you create. If optional analytics is on, the roast records only which of the three ways you used when you start and finish, whether you shared to X, through your phone's share sheet or by downloading the image, and which archetype page a shared link brought you to, with the campaign tags of that link. Your prompts, your counts and the line on your card are never recorded. The quotes of your own prompts on the cards and the share image are made in your browser and are not sent to us.

The daily prompt game at /daily sends the prompt you write to OpenAI to produce an answer, and sends that answer, never your prompt, to OpenAI again to check it against the day’s goal. Neither the prompt nor the answer is saved. Your score, the time you took and the day are kept for the leaderboard and deleted after 30 days; the leaderboard shows your initials unless you choose to show your name on your account page. Your streak is kept in your browser, or on your account when you are signed in.

Retention and account deletion

Your saved prompts and projects remain until you delete them or request deletion. Send an account-deletion request from your account email to hello@looptypes.com. Ownership is verified before deletion.

Optional analytics and your rights

Optional analytics cookies from third-party providers require acceptance in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and can be turned off anywhere. Essential storage works regardless of your choice. You may request access, correction, deletion or other rights under applicable law. Contact hello@looptypes.com. Service providers may process data outside your country.
